HANZA BMK receives training seal of approval from the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK)

HANZA BMK has once again been awarded the official training seal of approval by the Swabian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK). The seal recognises IHK training companies that are particularly committed to high-quality vocational training and thus make an important contribution to securing the regional demand for skilled workers. IHK Regional Managing Director Jens Walter presented the seal during a personal visit to Dr. Bärbel Götz, Managing Director of HANZA BMK.

Strong training – strong business location

HANZA BMK currently trains 45 apprentices in seven different professions. In addition, three employees are completing subsidised training or internal retraining. During the 2025/26 winter examinations, eleven apprentices successfully completed their training – visible proof of the high quality of training.

In 2026, HANZA BMK will continue to offer a wide range of apprenticeships, enabling young people to enter modern and future-proof career fields:

  • Industrial clerks

  • IT specialists for application development

  • IT specialists for system integration

  • IT system management clerks

  • Warehouse logistics specialists

  • Electronics technicians for devices and systems

  • Electronics technicians for industrial engineering

  • Machine and plant operators

With its comprehensive training commitment, the company is not only creating career prospects for young people, but also making a significant contribution to the competitiveness of the business location. „We offer training with real prospects. Our trainees are not only actively shaping the future of our company, but also the future of the Augsburg region. We want to continue to actively promote this in the future,“ emphasises Dr. Bärbel Götz.
