Third place prize at the Paul Award 2020 went to a study on energy harvesting in running shoes.

On November 20th, Philipp Lorenz, a student at the Technical University of Ulm and working student at BMK, was awarded third place in the eTech Talents category by the Electronics Design Association (FED) eV for his technological study on energy harvesting in running shoes. Due to the current Corona situation, the award ceremony took place as an online event.

Last Friday BMK electronic services GmbH was awarded the Augsburg Future Prize 2020.

Since 2006, the city of Augsburg has been awarding prizes each year to sustainable projects by campaign groups, associations, companies, schools, day-care centres, municipal administration offices or individual citizens.
