BMK has been awarded with the title "Germany's Top Training Company of 2022" from Focus Money.

The study is based on two pillars: social listening and an online questionnaire regarding employers. In 2021 the effects of the Corona pandemic can still be seen on the labour market, however thankfully not as bad as they were in 2020. Unfortunately, the interest of young people in apprenticeships is declining, making it a major challenge to secure skilled workers.
